East Carolina scored eight runs in the sixth and seventh innings to rally past South Florida, 12-10 on Thursday night at the Conference USA Tournament.

The result advanced ECU into the semifinal round on Saturday, while USF fell into the loser`s bracket at the Conference USA Tournament.
