Logan Out

According to an official announcement from the East Carolina Univeristy Sports Media Department, head football coach Steve Logan has resigned. Logan has led the Pirate football program the past 11 seasons.

Logan and ECU mutually agreed to the termination of Logan’s contract, effective immediately.The University will fulfill its obligation to pay Logan’s base salary of $200,000 per year from today until January 1, 2006. Logan’s overall record during his tenure at ECU was 69-58.
